Hanoi, March 23, 2025–fb88 officially announces the termination of its credit rating activities for Hoang Truc My Limited Liability Company (“HTM”). The termination of the credit rating service results from the expiration of the credit rating agreement and is based on mutual consent between both parties. 

The disclosure of the termination of the credit rating agreement is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree No. 88/2014/ND-CP dated September 26, 2014, issued by the Government on credit rating services, and fb88's internal regulations. Accordingly, when enterprises choose not to continue participating in the voluntary credit rating service, the credit rating agency will publish a disclosure regarding such termination. 

As a result, fb88 will cease to be responsible for providing information and independent assessments to the market and investors concerning the company and its debt instruments. All previous credit rating results, opinions, and analyses provided by fb88 in its published credit rating reports shall only remain valid up to the date of this announcement.
