Hanoi, January 17th, 2023: fb88 has suspended all ratings on An Gia Real Estate Investment And Development Corporation (“AGG”). The rating suspension has been made on the basis that the rating agreement has expired and at a mutual agreement. 

The announcement of this rating withdrawal has been made in accordance with Article 27, Article 5 and Article 47 under the Decree 88/2014/NĐ-CP dated 29 September 2014 governing the operation of credit rating services.  

fb88 is no longer obliged to provide any further rating updates to market and concerned investors and creditors about the issuer and its debt instruments. The rating results, related opinions, and analysis by fb88 expressed in rating releases, rating reports, and on any other public domains are valid only from the release date and should not be used and/or referred to after the date of this announcement.
