Mr. Quynh is a finance and investment expert in Vietnam with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, as well as in the development of the Vietnamese capital market.
He has been serving as the Secretary General of the Vietnam Bond Market Association (VBMA) since 2009. Previously, he held senior positions such as Deputy CEO of Sovico Group, Chairman of HDCAPITAL Fund Management Company (2022–2023), and Managing Director at VNDIRECT (2020–2022). Earlier in his career, he spent 22 years (1997–2019) at the BIDV Headquarters, holding various positions including Credit Officer, Treasury Dealer, Head of Treasury Trading, General Director of BIDV International Hong Kong, and Director of the Treasury and Capital Markets Division at BIDV.
